Nitrile rubber is a synthetic rubber derived from acrylonitrile (ACN) and butadiene. Depending on its composition, we can offer:

• NBR Powder is a modifier with excellent compatibility with phenolic resin. NBR powder is used as an additive in the manufacturing of adhesives, coatings, sealants, and rubber compounds. Its high specific surface area facilitates incorporation and uniform dispersion in mixes, improving properties of resistance, elasticity, and sealing.
• NBR for PVC: It is a modifying agent for PVC and other polymeric materials. This product acts as a plasticizer and is developed for the manufacturing of shoes, coatings, spare parts, pipes, and cables.
• NBR Latex: NBR (nitrile rubber) latex is an aqueous emulsion containing fine particles of nitrile rubber. NBR latex offers properties of resistance to oil, chemicals, and abrasion, making it suitable as a protective coating on different substrates. It is also used in medical and personal protection applications, such as in the manufacturing of gloves, due to its resistance to fluid penetration. NBR latex is easy to apply, forms uniform films, and is compatible with other additives and compounds.
• NBR Liquid: Liquid nitrile rubber is a viscous, transparent, and yellowish liquid obtained by polymerizing the emulsion of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It is used in applications where the versatility of a liquid material is needed, offering properties of resistance to oils, chemicals, and wear. Additionally, these products have good compatibility and hardening and plasticizing effects. It can be widely used in manufacturers of phenolic resin, epoxy resin, NBR, and PVC.
